Henrietta Adanna Onyebueke is a seasoned professional with a robust background in microbiology and extensive experience in the banking sector. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria (2001-2006).

Embarking on her banking career at Zenith Bank Plc in 2008, Henrietta demonstrated exceptional proficiency in various operational roles over a span of more than a decade. Her tenure at Zenith Bank included positions such as Operations Analyst, Unit Head of the Cash and Teller Unit, funds transfer unit and Head of operations. In these roles, she was instrumental in Managing and supervising Branch operations, Ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, Monitoring administrative activities in the Branch, Cost Management, Report Rendition, Monitor staff performance and provide relevant feedback, Ensure excellent customer service delivery, Serves as a cluster compliance officer, Supervision (for Team leads, unit/dept. heads)
