Collins holds a joint Doctor of Medicine and Master of Business Administration (MD-MBA) from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. During his time at McGill, he engaged in impactful research focused on tuberculosis diagnostics in regions where this infectious disease is prevalent, under the mentorship of Dr. Madhukar Pai. He also earned an Honours Bachelor of Science, graduating Summa Cum Laude in Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour from McMaster University.

His professional experiences include internships with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and the Canadian Red Cross Society, where he gained invaluable insights into global health initiatives and humanitarian efforts.
