Gottviewz Nigeria Limited successfully carried out the reactivation of a high-capacity 300-needle head, 600 RPM Mert Makina multi-needle quilting machine for Reeve Matelas, a prominent player in the mattress and textile manufacturing industry. This machine is critical for producing layered and patterned quilting used in high-end mattress covers and other textile-based products.
The machine had been non-operational due to a combination of electrical control issues, mechanical misalignments, and synchronization failures. Our mission was to restore full operational functionality with optimized speed and precision.
