Gottviewz Nigeria Limited successfully carried out the Installation and commissioning of a 600g CL02 generator for two 1,016m³ water tanks for disinfection, restoring a key component of the facility’s water treatment and hygiene system.
The ClO₂ generator plays a crucial role in ensuring microbiological safety in process water, thereby protecting product integrity and supporting Twellium’s high standards for sanitation and sustainability. The unit had been non-operational due to chemical dosing irregularities, sensor faults, and system imbalance.

The reactivation process required a full-system approach involving chemical engineering, instrumentation, and process safety expertise.
